PVMC - Non profit-making organization "Project Management and Training Center" was established in early 2006. A group of young and energetic business people has noticed that the market often does not lack ideas or people to implement them, but simple know-how. Therefore, we have established a public organization whose main goal is to promote the development of the information society, lifelong learning, improvement of knowledge, skills and competences of the population and to strive for the development of civil society in Lithuania in the preparation and implementation of projects, trainings and educational activities.
PVMC founded "Dilema" Social Theater in 2019. The function of the theater is to educate young people through various cultural and artistic forms of knowledge.
Theater answers key questions / goals of the European Social Agenda: employment, sustainable environment and green economy, etc.
It is possible by developing new social innovations, strategies, innovative models and services and their implementation, to address socio-economic problems more effectively, to create new social ties and cooperation. The PVMC team brings together social policy experts and has an international experience in implementing social innovation.
